Machine Operators and Labourers – Day shift only (7:7)

Minecon Recruitment have partnered with a highly experienced organisation, with over 40 years of delivering integrated construction and engineering solutions across Australia. Our client work across a range of different sectors including Resources, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. We are looking to employ a range of experienced and skilled operators to drive this project to successful completion.

Location: West of Gladstone, QLD

Groundcrew (Labourers) - Pipe/ Culvert/ Drainage experience

CAT 14M Grader Operators (Final Trim)

CAT 773 Water Cart Operators

CAT 825 Compactor Operators

CAT 740 and CAT 745 Moxy Operators

CAT 637 Scraper Operators

About this opportunity:

Roster: 7:7 Day shift only, allowing for great work life balance

12-hour shifts – 0600 to 1800

Camp Accommodation supplied + all meals + bus provided from camp to site (less than 10 mins from camp to site)

Accommodation is equipped with a heated pool, gym and great food

DIDO POSTION (No flights will be provided)

Numerous opportunities available – Water Cart, Moxy, Roller, Compactors, Grader, Dozer, Excavator & Scraper Operators.

Opportunity to transition to other projects once assignment has been completed

About you:

12+ months experience operating heavy earth moving machinery (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi ect)

Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11

Statement of Attainments for Machine Operation (RII’s)

12+ proven and previous experience operating heavy earth moving machinery (dependant on position)

Ability to pass an Instant Drug and Alcohol Assessment

A safety-first mindset, strong work ethic and the ability to commit to the full duration of the program
