We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our Relief Pool Team for FIFO work across various WA mine sites. These roles are best suited to chefs who are flexible and available for short-term swings typically running 1 to 2 weeks at a time.

About the Role:

• Prepare high-quality meals for large groups (200-800 people)
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.

What is on Offer:

• 2/1 FIFO roster with flights, accommodation, and meals provided.
• Pay rate: $46.25 per hour compound
• Flexible shifts.
• Variable Relief Rosters.
• FIFO from Perth.
• Working 12 hours per day.

Requirements:

• A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef.
• Must have experience working across various sections from batch cooking for dinner service, to Pastry, Salads & Breakfast.
• Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience working on mine sites.
• A current WA manual driver's licence.
• Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia.
• Based in Perth, WA.

***All roles fly in and out of Perth, therefore the successful candidates need to be located in WA and be available at short notice.***
