THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist who is passionate about both clinical excellence and team leadership.

In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the direction of our service by:

Providing regular clinical supervision and mentoring to a small group of allocated speech pathologists, supporting their growth, reflective practice, and professional development.

Overseeing and guiding clinical practice within your supervision team- reviewing documentation, giving feedback, and ensuring high standards of client care.

Facilitating group supervision sessions and in-house professional development (PD), helping shape our team's knowledge and skillset.

Driving clinical innovation—contributing to new programs, group initiatives, and service models beyond individual therapy, with the freedom to bring your ideas to life.

You’ll have dedicated time and support to focus on both client work and your supervision/leadership responsibilities, making a real impact across the whole team.

This is an ideal role for a clinician with 4+ years of paediatric experience who enjoys supporting others, thrives in a collaborative team, and is keen to grow their leadership skills while making a meaningful difference across the whole clinic.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A degree in Speech Pathology

CPSP status with Speech Pathology Australia

WWCC, driver’s licence & reliable car

4+ years of paediatric clinical experience

A values-aligned, team-oriented mindset
