Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Support residents with daily living activities including hygiene, dressing, toileting, and grooming.

Medical Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.

Clinical Monitoring: Observe and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' health status.

Wound Management: Provide basic wound care and dressing for minor injuries.

Assessment & Reporting: Conduct health assessments and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or healthcare team.

Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to care staff and assist in orientation of new team members.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Current registration with AHPRA as an enrolled Nurse.

Valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Genuine empathy and passion for aged care.

Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential).

New graduates are encouraged to apply.
