About the role

We are seeking fabulous and caring Enrolled Nurses to join our team at the Superior Care Group in Merrimac, QLD. This is a part-time or casual opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents within our aged care facility. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and attentive clinical support to ensure the wellbeing of our residents.

What you'll be doing

Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical & clinical records and documentation

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent care

Adhere to all relevant nursing, health, safety, and infection control protocols

Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care or healthcare setting

Excellent clinical skills and a compassionate, resident-centred approach to care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Ability to work flexibly, including rostered shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
