We're currently seeking a casual First Aid Trainer to join our growing team. Whether you’re already a qualified trainer or you're passionate about teaching and want to step into a Trainee role, we’d love to hear from you.

Already Qualified?
Perfect. Jump straight into delivering engaging First Aid training, mentoring learners, and rotating across a variety of dynamic, hands-on courses.
Interested in Becoming a Trainer?
As a trainee, you’ll:
Be mentored by experienced trainers while you learn on the job
Receive a fully funded Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (completed in approximately 6 months)
Assist and co-deliver training sessions as you build your confidence and skills

You may come from healthcare, aviation, construction, or emergency services but what really matters is:
You’re a strong communicator who loves helping people learn
You’re approachable, confident, and committed to safety and quality

You are looking for a role that is both challenging and rewarding
Hourly Rates
Trainee Trainer: $35–$40 per hour
Qualified Trainer: $50–$60 per hour
Rates depend on experience, qualifications, and training scope.
Location & Hours
Our main training facility is located in Osborne Park with free onsite parking. Casual shifts are available Monday to Friday between 7:30am–3:30pm.
