Job tasks and responsibilities

As a Beauty Therapist within our team, you will be willing to carry out a range of tasks including performing exceptional treatments as required and possible reception coverage.

As an in spa Beauty Therapist you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapeutic and relaxation treatments to our clients. Beauty Therapists must be able to perform a range of treatments including relaxation massage, hot stone massage, body scrubs, body wraps, manicures and pedicures, waxing and tanning treatments and a range of facials including working with skin conditions and ceutical lines, hydro-microdermabrasion and LED therapy. You will also feel comfortable retailing and rebooking clients.

You may also have experience with Laser & IPL treatments, or a desire to be trained in this area.

We are particularly looking for therapists with massage experience and knowledge of the skin and therapeutic skin treatments.

We are looking for someone who is ideally available a minimum of 3 days per week, however Full Time Hours are available in time for the right candidate. A variety of shifts are available across weekdays, weekends and evenings and will be flexible for the right person, however must include Monday's, Wednesday Mornings and Saturday's as required.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

minimum of Cert 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy

a professional who is passionate about what they do and their clients

strong communication skills

excellent grooming and presentation standards

proven skills in prescribing and recommending home care and treatment programs for your

competent waxing skills, especially Brazilian waxing are highly desirable

Availability to work Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's.

Experience with Laser and IPL treatments is also desirable.

For the right applicants a full product and treatment training program exists. This includes initial training and up to the minute education to keep in line with the high standards that endota sets for the spa industry.
