You’ll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with the support of hands-on leadership and a friendly, experienced team around you. We’re not a large corporate — we value collaboration, communication, and getting the job done right.

What You’ll Love:

A clean, manageable portfolio with long-term landlords

Supportive management and approachable leadership

Clear systems and processes — with flexibility to improve them

Monday to Friday only – no weekend work

Your Day-to-Day:

Full portfolio management

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades

Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and compliance

Contributing to process improvements and team growth

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management preferred

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration

A confident communicator with strong follow-through

Comfortable with property management software and digital tools

A team player who’s reliable, positive and proactive
