ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our specialised precast concrete manufacturing teams at both our sites in Toowoomba & Southbrook.

This hands-on role involves assembling moulds, placing reinforcing steel, and finishing high-quality concrete products. Full-time availability is required, Monday to Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm), and applicants must hold a current driver’s license. Remuneration between $32 and $42 per hour, determined by experience level.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following:
• Full availability Monday to Friday
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual, labor-intensive tasks, including heavy lifting
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow strict policies and procedures
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Well-presented with a professional work ethic and attitude
• Ability to obtain a forklift licence (if not already held)
• Willing and able to undergo a medical assessment and/or drug screening if required
• Holds a current driver’s licence with a clean record (or is actively working towards obtaining one)
• A truck licence is highly regarded but not essential
