Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:

Possession of an Open Drivers Licence with a demonstrated responsible driving history and reliable personal transport.

Proficiency in the use of basic hand and power tools.

Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing is highly desirable, though not strictly essential for motivated labourers.

Demonstrated experience with cement-based materials and/or construction repair products.

Experience in concrete patching and post-production finishing works is advantageous.

A proactive commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and workplace procedures.

Proven ability to maintain high levels of reliability and punctuality.

A positive, collaborative attitude and the capacity to integrate effectively within a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate:

Open Drivers Licence with a clear and responsible driving history and own transport

Able to use basic hand and power tools;

Previous precast experience desirable although not essential

Experience using cement-based materials, and or construction repair products

Experience in concrete patching and concrete post production works (desirable)

Strong commitment to safety

Capability to maintain a strong level of reliability and punctuality

Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a high performing team
