In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Generating leads and securing sales for Megasealed products and services
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A passion for customer service and a customer-first mentality
- Experience with CRM tools and software

- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in home improvement or construction sectors

- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Service M8, Simpro or similar platforms)

- Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record

- Full working rights in Australia (must be a permanent resident or citizen)
