About the role

This is a casual Food Process Worker role with Centuries Ahead Pty Ltd, based in Molendinar, on Queensland's Gold Coast. As a Food Process Worker, you will be responsible for a range of tasks within the food manufacturing and packaging process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in the Manufacturing and Food Processing industry.

What you'll be doing

Packing and labelling food products according to quality standards

Operating food processing machinery and equipment

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene protocols

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Performing general housekeeping duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment

Ability to follow instructions and work within standard operating procedures

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a casual schedule up to 30hrs per week between Monday to Thursday

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations an advantage

Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a view to progressing to a team leader role in the future
