GENERAL PRODUCTION - PROCESS WORKER - CASUAL - FORTITUDE VALLEY

Angelo's has been feeding generations of Families for over 50 years with quality pasta products. We are looking for staff to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role (not glamours but essential) where you assist in producing quality pasta products. We are looking for staff to join our team who are honest, reliable and have a solid work ethic.

The role includes:

Production/assembly process work - assemble and prepare food products.

Picking, packing, weighing, sealing, stacking.

Cleaning to ensure hygiene is maintained to the highest level and related duties to production.

Ensure and maintain quality of all products.

Repetitive movements and lifts - ability to stand for periods of time to perform your role and manual handling capability of up to 20kg for some roles.

Completing production QA forms for some roles.

We are looking for experienced food process workers however are happy to train individuals with the right attitude that are looking to join the food industry.

To be successful in the role, you need:

Have an eye for detail and take pride in your work.

Work within a team and in a safe manner following safe work and food practices and procedures.

Good communication skills (be able to listen and follow instructions) with a sound level of English.

Desire to learn and ability to work at a pace to achieve daily production run objectives/volumes.

Enjoy doing repetitive work daily.

Be able to take instruction from Management and other Supervisory staff

Follow and complete all Quality Assurance documentation as and when required.

Have a positive working attitude and able to work well within a multi-cultural team environment.
