About the Role

You’ll be working across residential, commercial, and strata maintenance, as well as renovation projects. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving plumbing, drainage and gas issues, completing installations, and maintaining detailed job documentation — all while delivering top-tier service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve plumbing, drainage, and gas issues
• Perform maintenance and installation work to Australian Standards
• Complete job documentation, forms, and reports accurately
• Liaise professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Support other team members and contribute to overall team success

What We’re Looking For

• Plumbing Contractor's Licence
• 5+ years of maintenance plumbing experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing standards and regulations
• Ability to manage jobs independently and efficiently
• Sales experience or willingness to develop in this area
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• White Card & current Manual Driver’s Licence
• Positive attitude toward ongoing learning and development
