About the role

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Housekeeper for cleaning and styling of four Air BnB properties plus an office and houses. This role works at Brisbane south-side and at our farm outside of Kyogle. As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residential and commercial properties to the highest standards.

We specialise in beautifully presented, high-performing Airbnb properties and pride ourselves on consistently exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional guest experiences every time

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean, maintain and style all properties for guest arrivals at the farm

Clean Brisbane residential and commercial properties.

Restock and replenish all necessary supplies, linens and flowers

Wash and iron all linens

Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols

Follow a strict cleaning and styling protocol

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a residential Housekeeper or similar cleaning role in the Hospitality & Tourism industry

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
