About the role
Ball360' is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Basketball Skills Coach to join our team in Cranbourne West, VIC. This is a casual role, providing coaching and instruction to players of all ages and skill levels. As a Basketball Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and effective training sessions to help our players develop their skills and reach their full potential on the court. Our sessions consist of 1x1, 1x2 or 1x3 and group team sessions as well on occasion.

Must be available Tuesdays & Thursday evenings 5pm onwards. Additional hours available for Friday evenings, Saturdays & Sundays.

During School Holidays we offer programs so additional hours available during these periods also.

What you'll be doing

Planning and delivering structured basketball training sessions for individuals and teams on occasion

Providing coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their skills and technique

Encouraging and motivating players to reach their goals and reach their full potential

Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all players during training sessions

Collaborating with other coaches and staff to coordinate player development when required

What we're looking for

Experience in basketball skills coaching

Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective basketball training sessions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with players of all ages and skill levels as well as communication with parents

Strong understanding of basketball rules, tactics, and player development

Enthusiasm for the sport of basketball and a passion for helping players reach their goals

Strong work ethic
