The Senior Tax Accountant reports to a Partner with a comprehensive background within the Big 4 international firms. The professional development inherent to working with top level Partners is apparent to those who aspire to launch their careers beyond financial statements and tax.

Understandable, success in this role will be underpinned by;

Chartered or CPA qualifications

Minimum of five years experience in a professional tax practice

Competence in Division 7a

Experience in assisting with the development of tax planning

An understanding of SMSF interaction with tax optimisation

Confidence in preparation of financial statements and tax returns for multi-entity groups comprising companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
