What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an ASM, Team Leader or Supervisor
• A passion for people, retail, and creating beautiful customer moments
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
• Experience with stock control and a flair for visual merchandising
• The confidence to run the store like it’s your own
