We are seeking candidates for an immediate start (pending necessary checks) to help service our clientele based in Karratha & surrounds. These services include site transfers, airport transfers, school bus services shutdowns and community transport solutions.

About the Company

Tarni Resources is an Indigenous, Kariyarra-owned passenger transport company.

The word ‘Tarni’ means breaking waves in the Kaurna language, which can be adapted to changing the tide, or
breaking the mould. We aim to break waves and bring about positive change for First Nations people and businesses through our work, our relationships with Indigenous communities, and our experienced partner network.

Key Responsibilities

Operate passenger transport vehicles safely and courteously

Deliver scheduled and on-demand services, including:

Airport transfers ✈️

School bus routes 🏫

Mine site shuttles ⛏️

Community and charter services 🚍

Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate trip records

Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all trips

Navigate both structured and remote environments independently

Adhere to fatigue management protocols and company compliance procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

21 years of age or older

Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence (minimum requirement)

LR, MR or HR Licence is highly regarded

Current National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months)

Current (within the last 12 months) pre-employment medical (LABDAS compliant) or Willingness to undertake a

Excellent communication, time management, and risk awareness

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
