We’re not your typical agency – we work closely with our clients on-site and behind the scenes to keep projects moving by supplying experienced trades and engineers when and where they’re needed.

Right now, we’re looking for Formworkers AND Labourers (For a Civil Infrastructure Project) for ongoing casual work in South Perth (SOR). These are casual roles with consistent work for the right people. This project is expected to run into 2026.

These roles are only suitable for those with a current RIW Card, a Supervised Worker Cert and a Cat3 Medical.

What’s on offer:

Immediate start

Ongoing work on a major civil project

Formworker pay - $55ph - $60ph (fortnightly pay)

Labourer pay - $30ph - $40ph (fortnightly pay)

10 hour days (Mon-Fri) and some Saturdays

Supportive crews and professional sites

For Formworkers, you’ll need:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in formwork carpentry

Trade qualification in Carpentry

Own tools and reliable transport

Full Rail PPE - longs

Strong understanding of formwork systems and safe work practices

Candidates with proven Rail project experience will be prioritised

For Labourers, you’ll need:

Proven experience labouring within civil or construction

Reliable transport

Strong understanding of safe work practices

Full Rail PPE - longs

Candidates with proven Rail project experience will be prioritised
