About the role

We are recruiting multiple residential property management Business Development Managers (BDM) for our clients across Sydney. As a BDM, you will be responsible for expanding the property management portfolio by proactively sourcing new business and managing existing landlord profiles. The roles are full-time, permanent positions based throughout Sydney.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging your existing industry contacts

Manage profiles of clients, providing exceptional customer service and retaining existing business

Conduct property appraisals and provide landlords with strategic advice on maximising the rental returns on their investment properties

Market and promote vacant properties to secure new tenancies

Ensure all properties are managed efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation

Collaborate with the property management team to deliver a seamless service to landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential property management or business development role within the real estate industry

Proven track record in prospecting, client acquisition, and portfolio growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Thorough understanding of the residential leasing and property management industry, including relevant legislation and best practices

Proficient in using real estate software and databases to manage client information and properties

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
