Your Role Will Include:

Leading the Nursery and Toddler room team with confidence and professionalism

Creating and delivering a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate program

Building secure and respectful relationships with children, families, and staff

Ensuring documentation and practices align with the EYLF and NQS

Collaborating with management to uphold high standards and compliance

About You:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or willing to enrol and study.

Experience leading a team in an early childhood setting

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child safety standards

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine love for working with young children
