About the opportunity

As an experience SIL home NDIS Support Worker, you will know that we need employees that are flexible to work AM and PM shifts. You will need to have experience in manual handling and personal care. Availability on some weekends is a must. We have a rotating roster available that includes day shifts, evenings and over nights.

We need you to be able to assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as - Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid certificate

Current CPR

Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable and insured vehicle for community access

Experience with female clients with Dementia and/or Trauma Informed care needs experience

Experience with manual handling tasks of female clients is necessary

Qualification of certificate IV or above in Disability, Aged Care or related field are essential

Available to work rotating weekends and AM and/or PM shifts is a must

Must be able to complete accurate documentation as per procedures and policies of the company
