Their outlet store at Birkenhead Point is a key location for the business - and they're looking for a strong leader to take the reins.

What will you be doing?
As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front - bringing energy, commercial acumen, and strong operational focus to a fast-paced outlet environment. Your ability to align to brand standards while driving performance will be essential.

You will:

Oversee day-to-day operations and drive store performance

Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver high standards and exceptional service

Maintain visual presentation in line with brand guidelines

Manage stock, rosters, wage costs and KPIs

Deliver on sales targets and identify growth opportunities

Build a positive, motivated team culture that aligns with the brand's values

Represent the brand with professionalism and polish at all times

Who are you?
You're a commercially minded Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up. You thrive in a results-focused retail environment and understand the nuances of outlet retail.

You have:

Proven success in leading a team in a fast-paced retail setting

Strong operational and commercial skills - you're all over the detail

A natural alignment with premium fashion, accessories or footwear brands

A hands-on leadership style and strong communication skills

The ability to balance visual standards with volume and stock flow

A positive attitude and the maturity to mentor a team towards shared goals
