Our client is seeking a Boutique Manager for their beautiful new Melbourne Boutique in the heart of the CBD.

The successful applicant will have a keen interest in Fashion from both a retail and a design aspect, ideally have experience in a tailoring environment and have a demonstrated history of excellence in interacting with a highly discerning clientele. A degree in Fashion Design would be highly advantageous.

You will work independently to execute all tasks including custom design projects, managing customer order pipelines, business development, customer relationship management and oversee the efficient and profitable operation of the boutique whilst providing an unparalleled in-store experience to all clients.

What's on Offer:

$75,000 to $85,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + Super + Incentives
