We are Suitcase Records, Brisbane's only vinyl record pressing facility. We are committed to producing high-quality records using state-of-the-art equipment and sustainable practices, and we're looking for someone to join us who wants to work in a precision manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail are paramount.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (vinyl experience is a plus but not required—training provided)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machinery

Ability to work within a small team

A love for vinyl records and a solid appreciation for music culture is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated vinyl pressing equipment to produce records which look and sound great.

Oversee production requirements, and collaborate with the team to make sure quality and production targets are met.

Conduct quality control checks for sound quality, visual defects, and packaging requirements.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment and associated systems such as heating, cooling, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Keep accurate logs and follow all safety protocols

Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and SOP documentation
