Our client is seeking experienced and safety-driven Blast Crew members to join their operations at the Santa / Flora Dora site near Mt Monger. With consistent 12-hour shifts, weekly pay, and an industry-leading safety culture, this is a great opportunity to be part of a respected and growing operation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling and transporting explosives safely
• Tying, stemming, priming and loading blast holes to specification
• Carrying out blast guard duties and site safety protocols
• Upholding high standards of safety and teamwork on every job

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous blast crew or drill & blast experience (essential)
• Valid WA Dangerous Goods Security Card
• National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
• Full driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• High level of physical fitness and reliability
• Able to pass pre-employment medicals
