Taurus is a privately owned and operated specialist mining supplier with various clients around Australia.

On behalf of one of our valued clients we are seeking an experienced Underground Service Crew for a 2/1 roster.

This position is temp to perm with our contractor mining client with potential for career progression.

Duties:

1. Extend ventilation services to areas where needed, which includes hanging ventilation bags and moving/installing secondary fans.
3. Install power services for equipment in mine according to procedures.
4. Extend water and air services to areas of mine where needed.
5. Maintain and install pumps to required areas of Mine.
6. Operate IT (Integrated Tool Carrier) for mine servicing in a safe manner.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following;

Experienced as Underground Service Crew, 12 months is preferred

Working at Heights Certificate.

First Aid Certificate

A National Police Clearance under 6 months will be required.

Manual WA Drivers Licence

A commitment to your own safety and those who work with you.

Successful candidates will also be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.

What's in it for you?

Casual flat rate of $55 per hour plus super on all hours

2/1 roster.

12 hour shifts

Weekly pays.

Brand New Camp, short travel time to site.

Roles are FIFO from Perth only.

Permanent roles with our client are on offer after a short labour hire period.
