We have multiple exciting positions available for professional and experienced Event Staff.

*Please note: these positions are open to any employment type (casual, part/full-time) however in our peak season will be expected to work up to or in excess of 38 hours per week (depending on role).

As a part of this role, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Supervise weddings, conferencing and special events from room set-ups to all servicing in line with Headlands Hotel standards.

Organise and control the day-to-day operation of the function facilities as well as maintain storerooms, inventory and stock-take.

Provide food and drinks service to customers alongside an extensive food and beverage team.

Be present at events to oversee operations and be available for clients of all capacities.

Work closely and communicate effectively with all departments .

Ideally for those with special interest in hospitality, this hybrid role is perfect for someone who is outgoing and eager to manage a strong and skilled team in a mid level management role. You will be trained and given the tools to excel within the position and across the industry.

Successful applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

Studying/Interested In/Experience within the Hospitality/ Hotels

Sound knowledge OR eagerness to learn front and back of house operations

Strong customer service skills and high attention to detail

Ability to work pro-actively under pressure and with a team

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Candidates must have or be able to obtain prior to employment:

Valid NSW RSA and RCG
