The Role…

In a typical Hospitality position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

· Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring they have a positive experience.

· Promptly and accurately serving food and drinks to guests.

· Efficiently clearing tables, cleaning dining areas and ensuring the dining spaces are neat and presentable.

· Assisting with setting up and breaking down tables, chairs and decorations.

· Ensuring the company policies and procedures are followed closely.

· Ensuring compliance with RSA guidelines and their continuous enforcement.

To be successful in a Hospitality position with National Workforce, you must:

· Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant Hospitality position.

· Posses a current and valid RSA, with working knowledge of how to enforce guidelines.

· Have excellent verbal communication skills.

· Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

· Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
