The Role
As the Senior Policy Officer you will work with the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination to support the development and implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Framework for all aspects of the Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment (NTRAI) agreement with the Commonwealth and Community Sector. You will work across agencies and with partners to collect and analyse data as well as commission and implement program and process evaluations to demonstrate progress against social and economic outcomes.
About you
You are data savvy, have evaluation experience and a strong interest in supporting agencies to drive data supported decision making. To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, research and the provision of evidence-based advice to executive.
Comprehensive analytical skills, including the ability to apply thinking and use knowledge, facts and data to identify potential solutions for complex problems.
A demonstrated record of achieving objectives by working with others across government and externally to solve problems.
Highly developed project management skills and an ability to manage a high workload with constantly changing priorities, work independently under limited direction and coordinate a range of work to meet critical timelines.
