Control Induction Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned and operated business specialising in the design and manufacture of high-performance custom commercial kitchen equipment, including bespoke induction cooking suites, stainless steel fabrications, and precision-built kitchen solutions. Based in Albion Park Rail, we supply premium kitchens to some of Australia’s top hospitality venues and commercial projects.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Draftsman / Designer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to move to a full-time role for the right candidate. The successful applicant will work closely with our design and production teams, preparing detailed technical drawings and fabrication models for our custom projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for custom commercial kitchen equipment

Prepare workshop drawings and material lists for production

Work alongside the project and factory teams to support the smooth delivery of projects

Operate CAD design software (preferably Autodesk Inventor)

Assist with general factory duties as required, including operating the press brake and laser cutter

Maintain accurate and organised drawing records

Skills & Experience:

Experience in CAD design, ideally with Autodesk Inventor (or similar CAD platforms)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Willingness to assist in the workshop when required

Previous experience in metal fabrication, kitchen manufacturing, or related industries would be highly regarded
