Doot Doot Doot is one of two restaurants located at Jackalope offering a modern-Australian, European influenced cuisine inspired by our seasonal garden.

We are looking for a standout professional who can work within a team, including the front of house and kitchen as a whole. Be outgoing and approachable with a positive attitude, honesty, humble and respectful nature. Be genuinely passionate about our industry, with a strong work ethic and lead our young team by example. Requirements:

Previous experience within a 5 star restaurant/hospitality environment

Wine knowledge, ideally with WSET certificate desirable

Proven ability to lead and manage a team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build relationships with guests, suppliers and other department heads
