About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a self-sufficient, proactive Engineering Surveyor to work across a dynamic mix of civil, rail, road, bridge, and tunnelling projects in Regional NSW and QLD.

This is a FIFO/DIDO role where no two weeks are the same. You’ll be out in the field applying your expertise and working with top-tier teams to deliver nationally significant infrastructure.

You’ll get the autonomy to own your projects, the backing of a responsive support team, and the chance to contribute to meaningful, real-world impact.

What You'll do:

Lead and manage site surveys on major infrastructure projects

Interpret design drawings, perform set-outs, and manage as-built data

Use leading-edge tools like Leica and 12D model/field

Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs and clients

Solve challenges on the fly with confidence and accuracy

Deliver outcomes that meet safety, quality, and timing expectations

What You'll Bring:

Diploma or Degree in Surveying / Engineering Surveying

3+ years' experience across civil and engineering surveying

Leica equipment and 12D model/field skills preferred

Strong data management and software proficiency

Experience with RMS/Transport for NSW roads is a bonus

A valid driver's licence, white card, and full Australian working rights

A sharp eye for detail, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently
