We’re now on the lookout for switched-on, mechanically capable individuals to join our crew in Townsville.

About the Role
This is more than just a labouring job — it’s a real career path for someone who’s already proven themselves in a trade or hands-on role and is now ready to move into something bigger. You’ll be operating advanced drilling equipment in physically demanding environments, working alongside experienced drillers and learning the ropes through structured, on-the-job training.

The right candidate will already have a strong understanding of how machinery works, take pride in their work, and be serious about safety and career progression.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a solid trade or technical background (mechanical, construction, fabrication, etc.)

Is physically fit, reliable, and ready to put in hard work

Enjoys working outdoors, travelling, and tackling tough jobs as part of a small, skilled crew

Thinks ahead, communicates well, and stays calm under pressure

Has a genuine interest in machinery, tools, and how things work

Is serious about building a long-term career in the drilling industry

Understands that safety and teamwork are non-negotiable

Minimum Requirements:

Willing and able to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug screen

Open to remote work, extended rosters, and weekends where required

Willing to complete a pre-employment aptitude assessment

HR Licence highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)
