About the role

This is a full-time role based in Wetherill Park, NSW, where you will be responsible for spraying and painting high-quality carbon fibre products for Sydney Composites, a leading manufacturer in the Automotive Race Industry.

What you'll be doing

Carefully preparing and finishing carbon fibre parts and products using specialised spray painting techniques

Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all your work

Following strict safety protocols and quality control procedures

Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and targets

Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a spray painter, ideally with carbon fibre or similar composite materials

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
