We’re scaling fast and need another pair of skilled, proactive hands to help turn raw parts into river-ready tech. If tinkering with electronics, drilling neat holes in shiny enclosures, and seeing your handiwork cruising down the Murray excites you—read on!

What you’ll tackle day-to-day

Solder & crimp cables and electronic boards (experience is nice, but don't worry, we’ll train you).

Mechanical assembly of small parts—drilling, tapping, gluing PVC components, applying sealants.

Heat-shrink, pot & protect boards and connectors for life on the water.

Kitting: pick, pack and label components for efficient builds.

Basic CNC / router ops (we’ll teach the tool-paths).

Keep the workshop tidy, safe and humming—take pride in every bench and bin.

What you’ll bring

Hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience (electronics, boating, factory/manufacturing or hobby robotics all welcome).

Steady soldering hand and an eye for detail.

Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia.

A proactive mindset: spot an improvement, speak up, fix it.

A healthy respect for PPE, ESD, and the person next to you.
