This isn’t just another factory role. We’re looking for a sharp-eyed Production Operator who’s confident with tools and machinery, loves working with their hands, and understands that quality finishing is everything.

What You’ll Do:

Operate machinery and tools to apply final finishes to premium home product

Glue, polish, and prepare each product to the highest quality standards

Handle products with care and attention — this is detailed, hands-on work

Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow safety procedures

Be a dependable, positive team player

Work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (45 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on trade roles

Confidence with hand tools and machinery — you’re a doer, not just a watcher

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting it right

Great attitude and reliability — you show up, you work hard, and you support the team

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

A genuine sense of pride in your work — you care about the finished product

What You’ll Get:

Solid pay: $75,000–$85,000 + super for 45 hours/week
