The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will collaborate with finance, operations, service, and equipment sales teams to deliver timely and accurate financial insights. This hands-on role offers variety, combining technical accounting with commercial support to drive performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Partnering with key stakeholders to interpret monthly results and provide variance analysis
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals
• Managing warranty provisions and cost analysis
• Supporting external audit requirements with timely reconciliations and documentation
• Reviewing job cost margins across service and equipment streams
• Processing intercompany transactions and overseeing inventory-related reporting
• Preparing and maintaining finance dashboards and quote modelling tools
• Supporting the payment review and approval process

About You

• CA/CPA qualified or working toward completion
• 4+ years’ experience in management or financial accounting, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a product-based business
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and analyse large volumes of financial data
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with complex ERP systems
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations
• Analytical mindset, strong initiative, and a continuous improvement focus
