NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefit ($2,650)

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and formulating comprehensive care plans.

Administering prescribed medications and treatments.

Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents' progress while maintaining accurate records.

Managing a modern Aged Care Centre.

supporting and collaborating with all staff in the facility

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse qualification with current APHRA

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse.

Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.

Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.

Experience with dementia care and palliative care support

Good understanding of NDIS body and its mode of operations
