About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our after-school care program, working Monday to Thursday each week and taking on additional hours during school holidays to support our vibrant Vacation Care program.

You will:

Design and implement a high-quality educational program tailored to the needs, interests and abilities of school-aged children.

Collaborate with a team of passionate, qualified educators to create a welcoming, engaging and inclusive environment.

Lead daily routines, provide active supervision, and promote positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Be responsible for compliance with all relevant legislation and the National Quality Framework.

To be successful, you will need:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification in school-aged education).

A current, validated Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

Demonstrated experience in developing engaging programs for school-aged children.

Strong leadership skills, initiative, and a genuine passion for working with children.
