Our multinational client is seeking a concise, driven Electrical Service Technician. You'll perform crucial testing, diagnostics, and service work, ensuring top-tier quality and safety in locations across Australia and PNG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Service: Identify and solve technical problems on-site.
• Team Development: Coach and mentor junior technicians.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment failures, recommending corrections.
• Work Execution: Plan and complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to both staff and customers.
• Resource Management: Prepare material lists and ensure parts availability.
• Documentation: Complete and submit customer reports promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and environmental responsibilities.
• Customer Focus: Enhance satisfaction through superior service and identify improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Electrical Fitter License and Driver's License.
• Working at height and confined spaces tickets. Highly regarded
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness for FIFO (Fly-In/Fly-Out) and significant national/international travel.

Compensation:

• Starts at $45/hour + penalties.
• Annual earnings can range from $110,000 to $200,000 with penalties.
