We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our team at St Peter’s Outside School Hours Care in Caboolture.

St Peter’s Outside School Hours Care has been a part of the community since 1990. The OSHC operates from a dedicated space with the school grounds.

At our centre, we provide before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 135 children, fostering a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

We are seeking dedicated individuals who love working with primary school-aged children and are committed to supporting their development in a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA equivalent) or working towards would be desirable.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
