Are you a dedicated educator looking for a casual role where you can make a real difference? We’d love to welcome you to our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team at Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary School in Annerley.

As part of the Annerley Ekibin Parish community, our service supports up to 45 children each afternoon with a caring, inclusive environment. We offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor experiences and provide a fun, safe, friendly environment that seeks to nurture children's development. We get to know all families so we can cater to the needs of all children in our care.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
