Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate Industry | Inner CBD Location

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team in South Yarra. Part Time 3-days per week to start, with a view to increase to Full Time, as agreed to.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of marketing activities and support the business’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a key contributor to the company’s success—working closely with agents and business leaders to create and implement effective, on-brand marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative professional with strong campaign management experience and a genuine interest in the real estate and property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to support company goals

Coordinate agent branding and brand-aligned initiatives

Manage and enhance corporate social media strategy and content

Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns

Oversee company website content and updates

Collaborate with external suppliers for marketing materials and digital strategy

Create onboarding materials and internal brand assets for new team members

Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all platforms

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in marketing coordination or campaign management

A strong interest or background in the real estate/property sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and social media platforms

Highly organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and in a team

Experience in email marketing and website content management is advantageous
