At the NEW Pancho’s Mexican Villa Restaurant (Food Merchants Pty Ltd) in Fremantle, Perth WA

Pancho’s Mexican Villa Restaurant is opening soon in Fremantle! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chefs, Kitchenhands, Dishwashers, Bar and Waitstaff to join our team. These are casual roles that may lead to a full-time position in the future. Key shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Training will be provided at our East Victoria Park location prior to the Fremantle opening in late August.

Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage busy services (200+ covers).
- Fluent English.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Must be currently in Perth and eligible to work in Australia.
