About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable FIFO (Fly-in, Fly-out) TA's (Trades Assistants) and Sentry Workers to join our team at Red Dingo Contracting Pty Ltd. in Telfer, Western Australia on quarterly shutdown work. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. it can lead into full time roles for suitable employees.

What you'll be doing

Assisting qualified tradespeople with a variety of tasks on construction and maintenance projects

Performing sentry duties, including monitoring site access and exits, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar labourer or sentry role, preferably in a FIFO or construction environment

Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (within 2 years)

Valid National Police Clearance

Flexibility to work a roster-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays

Able to attend and complete a pre employment medical / drug test
