About the role

Join Jobwire as a Registered Nurse servicing our facilities in Casula and surrounding suburbs. This is a casual role, offering you the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital part in providing excellent patient care and support to our elderly residents.

What you'll be doing

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitoring patients' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the care team

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Providing support and guidance to junior nursing staff

Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and Jobwire policies

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care
