About the Role
In this influential role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across several business units, delivering critical insights and driving financial performance. You’ll lead planning and forecasting cycles, contribute to long-term strategic initiatives, and support investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes for assigned business units
• Deliver high-quality monthly reporting and performance commentary, with clear variance analysis and insights
• Partner with non-financial stakeholders to influence operational and commercial outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimisation and revenue growth
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to support executive-level decision-making

About You
You are a proactive and collaborative finance professional with a strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels. Your analytical mindset and commercial focus allow you to deliver insights that go beyond the numbers.

You will bring:

• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a senior finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
