The Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Management team. You'll help keep our client portfolios running smoothly — from admin to arrears, reporting to repairs.

Your Day-to-Day

Assist with portfolio management tasks

Raise & track work orders and maintenance issues

Support arrears management and rent reviews

Keep lease data accurate and up to date

Prepare monthly tenant reports

Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, clients, and contractors

What You Bring

1+ year in a similar property role

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

Strong attention to detail & organisational skills

Great communication & a collaborative mindset

Ability to work independently and show initiative

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
